It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE
I bought this one when PTE was still open

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “True Color: Teal” by Pimp'd Designz
You can find this for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask141 by Weescotslass
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additonal Filters needed
VanDerLee - Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

I also used a small heart brush for the tiny little scattered hearts

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame-02
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp-03
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame and a few of the small ones around the edge but, not all of them
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Open pp-09
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
Add a drop shadow to the bottom tube layer

Add your tube to your canvas below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the frame
Change the blend modes to luminosity
Lower the opacity of both of them to 50%
I did this two more times, just repositioning and resizing the tube each time

Duplicate the paper background layer
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset
Bring above the three tubes we added behind the main tube
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

mesh-01 (no drop shadow)
heart-02
heart-01
button-01
button-01
flower-02
flower-01
Ribbon-02
ribbon-02
diamonds (I only used 1 diamond out of this) – Duplicate 4x so there are 5 total, resize and reposition around your tag

Add a new layer just above the mask layer and add a few of the tiny heart brush scattered about

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
