This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE
Before merging the layers you'd like to use together change the red dots mode to soft light to get the sort of pinkish color as seen in my sample.

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the scrapkit “Adorkable” by Candy's Treats
You can find this HERE
*I used some sparkles from elsewhere, this is entirely optional!*

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask 133 by Vabys
You can find this for download HERE

Additional Filters
PhotoEffex - Scanlines

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame5
Add to your canvas
Rotate 90 degree Clockwise
Resize just the height down by 80%
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate
Rotate 5 degrees

Arrange them on your canvas as you wish
You can use mine as a guide :)

Open PP7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames of the top frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate
Filter → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
All at default aside from the width change to 3
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open PP9
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames of the bottom frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate
Filter → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
All at default aside from the width change to 3
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open PP14
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add your tube to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
Lower the opacity to 50%
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow

Add your tube to the top frame in between the two paper layers
Erase any that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 70%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

bg4 (no drop shadow)
WA19 (just above the tube in the frame, no drop shadow, blend mode set to overlay)
Glitter
DiamondsPurpleLine (just one)

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the FTU scrapkit “Shades of Grey” by Candy's Treats

I am using BigMask001 by Vix

Additional Filters

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame2
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 80%
Rotate -9 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Open frame1
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 80%
Rotate 8 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Arrange them on your canvas as you wish
You can use mine as a guide :)

Open pp3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 3
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete

Open pp7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add your tube to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow

Add your tube to the frames as you'd like
Erase where you'd like to as well
Lower the opacity of them to 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

You must purchase a license to use their tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Wild About Coffee” by Candy's Treats
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask141 by Weescotslass Creations

Additional Filters Needed
Xenofex 2 - Constellation

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame4
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 85%
Add a drop shadow

Open PP7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open PP10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to Soft light, Lower to opacity to about 50%
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add the close up to the canvas just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower to opacity to 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Now if you'd like to animate let's continue :)

Go to the SmokeHeart layer
Duplicate it 3 times so you have a total of 4 of them

On the bottom layer of the heart

Filer → Xenofex 2 → Constellation
With the following Settings:



Add this to each of the layers hitting random seed once on each
Got to your animation window and have the delay set to .15 sec
Set to repeat forever

Hide all but the first SmokeHeart Layer

Add a new animation layer
Hide the first SmokeHeart layer and unhide the second

Do this for the last two frames as well

Press play and watch it go :D

If you're happy with your result save as a .gif and you're done!

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Zlata_M
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Funny Valentine” by Candy's Treats
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask84 by Weescotslass Creations
You can find this HERE

You'll also need a heart shape, I used a brush or you can use the heart preset shape that just comes with the program

Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Bracket
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 80%
Rotate -25 degrees
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate this layer
Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical
Arrange a bit apart sort of like my sample tag

Open P7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the two brackets
Add a new layer and either draw out, stamp or add the heart you're going to be using
Drag below the paper layer
Hold down your alt key and on the layer pallette move your mouse between the two layers until the cursor changes into the two intersecting circles and click once
Move around and resize the heart as you'd like to
I also added a bevel and outer glow
Add a Drop shadow

Open P3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
Lower the opacity to about 50%
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add the tube once more
Just above the pink paper we used for the heart we made
I flipped mine horizontally
I made the clipping mask as I did before (with the heart and paper layers)
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 30%

Duplicate the paper layer (you may need to readd the clipping mask)
Filter → VanDerLee → Un-plugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

In a nice cursive font type out the letters ily in white
Add a bevel, slight inner glow, outer glow and drop shadow
Change Rotate to match the brackets
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Stormbg1 (no drop shadow)
Gems-pink

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame3
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 90%
Add a drop shadow

Open PP7 (It's in the “freebie” portion)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open PP3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube that's outside the bottom of the frame
Duplicate this layer
Bring this layer above the frame layer
Erase any of the tube that is over the frame now
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to overlay
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Now add which elements you'd like
