This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Gothique Starr
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Silence” by Kirsty's Scraps
You can find this for purchase HERE
I also used some sparkles from elsewhere, find some the suit your needs or it's completely optional as well :)

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask128 by Weescotslass
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additional Filters
PhotoEffex - Scanlines

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame3
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open paper3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate this layer

On the new layer
Filer → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
All at default
Change the blend mode to soft light


Open paper11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to screen, lower the opacity to 50%
On the bottom one
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube to your canvas a few times
this one in between the two blue frame background layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped a couple of mine horizontally
Once you're happy with this erase any of the tubes that are outside the frame
Merge all of them together once you're happy with this
Change the blend mode to Luminosity and lower the opacity to 65%
Duplicate this layer
Fliter → Blur → Motion Blur
angle -25, amount 50px

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

ButterflyScatter2 (no drop shadow)
ButterflyScatter2 (no drop shadow)
Sequins (no drop shadow)
Sequins (no drop shadow)
Ribbon1
Ribbon1
HeartofBeads
Leaf1
Leaf1
Flower6
Flower3

Add your sparkles here if you'd like to with no drop shadow

Using Alphabet
Add your name
I turned mine various directions
Merge the letters down and add a drop shadow

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Batschis Poser-Design
Use must purchase a license to use her artwork and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU Kit, “Stunning Gothic” by Kirsty's Scraps
Which you can find for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Blindsmask1 by Monti
Which you can find for download to use HERE


~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.
Open Frame5
Add to your canvas
Resize to 70%
Add a bevel and countour as well as a stroke and drop shadow to the frame.

Open paper14
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Deselect.

Open paper6
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply your mask here.

Open your fully body tube, this will be the top layer for now
Resize and reposition to your liking
Once you have this duplicate it
On the bottom one, add a drop shadow
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light.

Add the half body tube between the frame and paper layer
Flip horizontally and resize and position as you'd like
Erase any bits that are outside the frame
Change the blend move to luminosity and the opacity to 30%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

ChromeDoodle1 (no drop shadow)
BeadSpill (no drop shadow)
BeadSpill (no drop shadow)
CherryBlossom (no drop shadow)
Leaves1 (no drop shadow)

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.

I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey
You may purchase a license to use his work HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a Scrapkit called, “Nanite” by Kirsty's Scraps
Which you can purchase for use HERE

Mask of Choice.
I am using Mask84 by WeeScotsLass
Which you can find HERE

Filters Need
Xero – Porcelain
Adjustments - Variations

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
flood fill with white

Open Frame-2
Add to your canvas
Scale down and position to the right side of the canvas.

Open Paper-2
Resize to 600 px by 600 px
Add to your canvas, below the frame
Use your magic wand and select inside the frame
Expand → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and press delete
Deselect
Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Open Paper-4
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below your frame background layer.
Apply your mask here.

Add the close up tube in between your frame and paper background layer
Delete any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to 30%.

Add your full tube to your canvas, resize and position to your liking.
Add a Drop shadow to your tube.

Filter → Xero → Porcelain,
all at default except blue channel to 0.

Filter → Sharpen → UnSharp Mask
All at default

Image → Adjustments → Variations
Click more blue once and lighten twice.

Now, we're going to embellish the tag.
Do this to your likeing, resized and positioned as you want as well, with drop shadow of choice
I used the following from the bottom up, with a drop shadow unless specified.

Stars-2 (no drop shadow)
Glitter Trail (no drop shadow)
Glitter Trail (no drop shadow)
Glitter Trail (no drop shadow)
ClockFace (no drop shadow, opacity at 30%)
SequinScatter (no drop shadow)
SequinScatter (no drop shadow)
Ribbon-2

Add some wordart if you'd like to

Add your name

Image → Trim
