~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas

Flood fill with white.

Open frame 4
Add it to your canvas
Resize down to 70% and rotate -10 degrees
Duplicate your frame and flip horizontally
Arrange them to your liking, you can use mine for reference.

Add a drop shadow to each of the frames

Open pp11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the two frames
Use your magic wand to select inside of your frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selectio and on the paper layer press delete

Open pp9
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask here.
Open your close up of your tube
Add it to your canvas and flip it horizontally
Put it below your frame on the left and resize as you'd like
Once you're happy with that erase any parts that are outside the frame
Duplicate it once you have that.
On the bottom one change the blend mode to luminosity
On the top one change the blend mode to soft light

Add your half body tube to the canvas now and postion it in the other frame on the right
Once you're happy with where it's at duplicate it.
Have one below and one above the frame
On the bottom erase any parts that are outside the frame at the bottom if you need to and them add a drop shadow.
On the top erase any parts that are over the frame at the bottom
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

heart 3 (no drop shadow)
greenery (no drop shadow)
ribbon 5
ribbon 3
ribbon 2
flower 3
flower 2
chocolates
heart 1
