This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.

Start a new canvas

This is a full sized kit so there is lots of resizing involved but it's WELL worth it!!
I did usually down to about 20% and then adjusted from there.

Open frame03
Add it to your canvas and scale down
Angle it a bit
Duplicate and adjust the angle and position of the frame
Add a drop shadow to both of the frames

Open paper10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below your frames
use your magic wand to select inside each of the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
On the paper layer press delete.

Open paper01
resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask here

Add your tube to your canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate
On the new layer delete the drop shadow
Filter → Blur → Gaussian blur
change the blend mode to soft light and the opacity to 50%

erase the frame that's going through the other frame at the bottom
Add your tube to each of the frames
erasing what is extending outside of them
Change the blend modes to luminosity
the opacity of the bottom frame at 50%, the top at 30%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

scatter03 (no drop shadow)
flower03
branch01
sequins
ribbon03
butterflies

Add to your canvas
Scale down to 65%
Add a drop shadow

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you don't want to animate....

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!

If you do want to animate...

Open up pen
Add it to your canvas somewhere you want it to end
We're basically going to be working backwards a bit right now.
Once you're happy with that and have a drop shadow on it
Duplicate it and move it a bit, rotate slightly if needed
Duplicate again and move it a bit more and rotate a tad more
And do this until you place your pen tip on the very end of the name.

Now we're going to duplicate both the name layer and the pen.
On the name layer erase just a bit of the name
place the pen tip and the end of the name now where you erased to.

Duplicate both again and erase a bit more and move the pen

Now just keep duplicating this and doing that until you reach the very end of your name.
Remember make smaller erases for a more smooth actual writing out effect but, not so many it takes you hours and hours to do it either.

Now we're going to our animation window and we're going to start with the last layers we used, the rest all hidden.

Add a new animation window and hide the first two layer and unhide the second.

Keep doing this as you go along like you're just writing out the name :D

Then leave the fully name open and just unhide each of the first pen layers we made until it's in it's resting position.

I did all my layers at .1 seconds, except the very last frame I held for .5 seconds

Press play to see it go.

If you're happy with your results then save as a .gif and you're done!!

~Here is my unanimated version~

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open Frame02
Copy and Paste onto your canvas and scale down to 65%
I added a bit of a bevel and an outer glow to mine as well as a drop shadow.

Open Paper09
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste onto your canvas and move this layer below your frame.
Use your magic wand and select inside of your frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert your selection and on the paper layer, press delete.

Open Paper07
Resize to 600px by 600px
Move this below your frame paper background and apply your mask here.

Now go to your tubes.
Select the one you would like on the outside of your frame.
I used the one titled “1”
Position and resize to your liking.

Filter → Xero → Clarity
All at Default.

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel, slide that all the way to the left to 0.
Add a drop Shadow.

Now Go back to your tube and Copy and Paste Just the cat with wing (the one titled “4”) onto your canvas
Resize and position over the other tube so it looks like it's part of it
Once it's perfect do the same two filters as you did before.
Add an outerglow to this layer as well as a drop shadow.

Now we're going to go back to our tube and Get the kitten without the wing (layer “5”) and copy and paste it into your canvas.
Move this layer in between your frame and the paper frame background layers.
I flipped mine horizontally and then resize and reposition to your liking.
Once you have that, Ctrl + Click on your frame background paper thumbnail
Invert the selection and then on your new tube layer we've been working with press delete.
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Duplicate this layer.

On the new layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, Radius of 5
Change the blend mode to overlay

Now we're just going to embellish a bit.
Do so to your liking and add drop shadow of choice.
Resize and position as you'd like to as well.

I used the following:

~ Between the mask and frame background layers~
String01 (no drop shadow)

~Above the frame but below the tube with the pumkins and light~
lollipop01
candy06
flower07
flower08
flower06
flower06
bow02
candy01

~Above the top tube layer~
Spider (I also added a bit of an outer glow here)
bow01
flower08

Add your name to your tag.

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked.

Resize the image if you'd like to.

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright info here!!

If you're not wanting to animate then hide the white background layer and save as a .png and you're done!

If you want to animate lets get started.

Go to your spider layer.
Duplicate it and “nudge” it 10 times. (with your move tool selected tap the up arrow key 10 times)

Duplicate this layer and nudge it 10 times, if you need to erase the bits of the string that extend above the bow and flower.

Duplicate again and nudge 10 times, erase the string.

I did this 9 times so that I have a total of 10 spider frames.

Now we're going to go to our tube image with the lightpost.
Zoom in a bit so we can see it well.
I used the polygonal lasso tool to select all the yellow parts of the post.
Ctrl+C
Ctrl+V
Duplicate the new layer.
On the original copied layer
Image → Adjustments → Black and White, just use the default settings.

Now hide all of the spider layers except the original spider you added.

Now we're going to go to our animation window.
(window → Animation)

I have my delay set to .15 seconds set to go forever.

Add a new animation layer.
Hide the original spider and unhide the first spider layer.
Go to your yellow light post pane layer and change the opacity of this one to 90%

Add a new layer in the animation window
Hide the spider you're one and unhide the next one up and change the opacity to 80%

Keep adding new layers and change the spider to the next one up and lowering the opacity by 10%
When you get to 0% you're going to start lowering your spider back down.

Once you get back to 80% your spider should be at the lowest point again so on the last animation layer only change the opacity of the flame layer to 90%

I ended with a total of 20 frames.

Press play to see your animation at work.

If you're happy with what you've done the save as a .gif and you're done!

Thank you for trying my tut!
I'd love to see any tags made from it!

If you have any questions feel free to email me!

Thanks again and Huge hugs!

Scale all down to 15%
I added an outer glow and drop shadow and rotated them a bit as I wanted to.

Resize if you're wanting to.

*Most Important*
Add your copyright info to the tag.

Now, if you don't want to animate you're done!
If you do, let's do this!

-----Animation-----
Go to your 'rainbow' layer and duplicate it.
Turn off the visibility of the first one, we're going to leave it as is.
Using a soft round brush of around 100px erase a bit of the duplicated layer.
Once you've done that duplicate this layer, turn of the one you just copied and then erase a bit more on the newly created layer.
Do this until you have nothing left.
I ended up with 6 layers for the rainbow part :)

Now, turn them all off and go to your main paper background layer.
Create 4 new layers above it.
Flood fill all with black.
On the very first one go to
Filter ---> Noise ---> Add noise
Amount – 100%
Uniform and Monochromatic.

Go to the next layer
Filter --->Noise ---> Add noise
All the same but amount to 95%

Go to the next layer
Filter --->Noise ---> Add noise
All the same but amount to 90%

Go to the next layer
Filter --->Noise ---> Add noise
All the same but amount to 85%

Now, on each of these layers we're going to go to
Filter ---> Blue ---> Motion Blur
I did an angle of 50 and distance of 15.

Change the blend mode of all 4 layers to soft light.

Now ctrl + click your frame background paper to select it, invert your selection.
On each of the 4 noise layers we made click delete so that the rain only happens inside of the porthole.
Turn the visiblity off on all of those layers.

Now, open up your animation window.
(Window ---> Animation)

Set your delay at .15 secs and set to loop forever.

On the first layer in that pallate turn the visibility of the first rain layer on.
Add a new layer turn off the first rain layer and turn on the second
Add a new layer, turn off the second rain layer and turn on the third
Add a new layer, turn off the third rain layer and turn on the fourth
Add a new layer, turn off the fourth rain layer and turn back on the first.
Add a new layer, turn off the first rain layer and turn back on the second.
Add a new layer, turn off the second rain layer and turn back on the third.
Add a new layer, turn off the third rain layer and turn back on the fouth.

Now, add a new layer and turn off all rain layers.
Add another layer but change nothing
Add one more layer and turn on the smallest rainbow layer
Add another layer and turn off the first rainbow layer but turn on the second.
Keep doing this until you're at the complete rainbow.
Add two more of the complete rainbow layers

Add another layer and turn everything off so it's just the paper background showing again.
Add two more.

Now, we're going to test it.
It should now rain and then the rainbow comes out and then repeats!!
If you're happy with it Saved your creation
and You're done!!
I'd love to see what yo come up with!!
You can send them in to me as well as if you have any questions!!

Thank you for trying this out!!

Huge hugs!

Here is one I did without the animation as well :D

Drag this layer below your frame layer
Lower the opacity to 70%

Add your 3 tubes in between these two layers, deleting the excess your don't need the same you you just deleted the bit of the frame backing you don't need.

On each of the images change the blend mode to luminosity.

I used in this order:
cbg_asweetaddiction_scatter01 (below frame01, opacity at 50%)
cbg_asweetaddiction_ribbon02 (above frame01, below your frame paper back layer)
Now the rest above the frame03 layer but, below your focus tube layer
