~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~
Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.
Open frame 1
Add to your canvas
Resize down by about 80%
Add a drop shadow
Open pp2
Add to your canvas and resize down
until it fits just inside the frame
Move it to where you where it
I did it a little more towards the
top or darker blue
so it sort of cascades down in the
frame
Use your magic wand to select
inside of the Frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Duplicate
On the top one
Filter → Penta → ColorDot, all
at default
Change the blend mode to soft light
Open your tube and add to your
canvas
Resize and reposition how you'd
like to
I mad it look like she was laying
on top of the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur,
3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop
shadow
Add your tube to your canvas again
in between the frame background layers
I flipped the middle one of mine
horizontally
Erase any that are outside the
frame or that overlap to other frames
Merge the three together
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 80%
Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the
bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:
print 1 (no drop shadow)
beads
beads
frame 2 (no drop shadow)
frame 2 (no drop shadow)
print 1 (no drop shadow)
music notes 2 (no drop shadow)
equalizer 1 (add an outer glow to
this as well)
string 1
ribbon 1
disco ball
bow 2
cd
shoes
word art 1 (added a stroke here)
flower 1
bow 1
headphones
music player
lips
Add your name
Crop your tag to get rid of the
access space that's not needed
Resize if you'd like to
****Most Important****
Add your copy right information
If you're happy with your result
save to your liking and you're done!
Now to animate
Add your animations to your canvas
just above the frame
Resize them down to how you'd like
them and move them to one side of your canvas
Once you have both of them
positioned how you like them duplicate them and move them over to the
other side of your canvas
I had to erase a bit of the music
notes animation towards the bottom on about 4 frames
Open your animation window and have
all but the very first frame open on all of them
Add a new layer to the animation
window
Hide the first layer of all 4 of
the animation and unhide the second layer
Add a new animation layer hide the
second layer and unhide the third layer
Continue this all the way down to
the last layer
Have you delay set to .1 and set to
go forever
Press Play and watch it go
If you're happy with your results
save as a .gif and you're done!

Open pp10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the
white background layer
Apply the layer mask here
In between the paper frame
background layers and the mirror frame
Add your tube once more
I flipped mine horizontally
position to your liking
I sort of did it to look like a
reflection in a mirror
Erase any that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 50%
Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the
bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:
print 2 (no drop shadow)
print 1 (no drop shadow)

purse

rubber ducky
flower 2
flower 1
bow 1
bow 4
Add your name
Crop your tag to get rid of the
access space that's not needed
Resize if you'd like to
****Most Important****
Add your copy right information
If you're happy with your result
save to your liking and you're done!
Now, if you're wanting to animate
we're going to continue on!
Open up your animations
Select all of your frames of both
of them and click alt + G
This just selects them all as a
group
On the bubbles one, if you're using
the animation without the shadow go ahead and add the shadow you used
on your tag here.
Now add the bubbles to your tag
Resize and reposition as you'd like
to.
Mine I just slightly bigger than
the mirror frame
It is positioned just above this
frame as well
Close all of the frames except for
the very first frame once you're happy with the size and position
Now add the flame
Rotate is Counter Clockwise 90
degrees
Have this just above your candle 1
layer
Resize and reposition so it looks
like it's on the wick of one of the candles
(I did the one on the left first
since it's just slightly bigger of the two)
Once you're happy with how that
looks
Duplicate this and move it over to
the other wick and resize it so it's just a bit smaller
Hide all of the frame except for
the first one of each
Now open up your animation window
have it set to go forever and the
delay set to .1
Add a new layer and hide the first
layer and unhide the second layer of each of them
Add a new layer and hide the second
layer and unhide the third layer of each of them
You're going to continue this until
you have all of the layers done.
For the flames, there is not as
many as there is bubbles, just revere the frames and go back down
once you're to the top.
Once all the bubbles are done I
didn't like how it just sort of ended and started over so I
duplicated all the frames and of the new ones I reversed the
animation
Press play to watch it go.
If you're happy with the result
save as a .gif and you're done!
