Template of Choice
I used Template036 by Dave @ Spawn's Forum Set Templates

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open the template
Delete the credits layer

Flood fill with gradient of choice
Delete the original background layer

Add a new layer above the “White Wavey Lines”
Select the white wavey lines and on the new layer
Flood Fill with a light color from your tube
Delete the orignal white wavey lines layer

Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add a new layer above the “Left RisingSun background”

Duplicate this layer and drag it to just above the “Right RisingSun Background”

Select the Left Rising song background so you have the ants around them
Invert the selection
On the gradient we just added above it, press delete
Deselect

Repeat this with the one on the Right as well
Delete the originals
Change the blend mode of each to color
Add an inner shadow to each
Change the blend mode to normal, use a light pink from your tube, change the size to 16, everything else at default

Change each of the outlines to a darker color of your choice, I went with a teal color from her eyes
Delete the originals if you added a new layer to do this
Add a drop shadow to this layer, I just used the standard drop shadow I usually use

For the dots, change their color to the same color you used for the “White wavey lines” before
Delete the originals if you added a new layer to do this
Change their blend modes to overlay

To the left add your close up of your tube
Just above the “White Wave Lines”
Resize and reposition as you'd like
Once you have this duplicate it
Flip the new one horizontally and move it over to the right of the canvas in the same position as the other

Change the blend modes to Luminosity, the opacity to 30%

Select the border
Add a new layer
Select → Modify → Expand, by 2
Fill with black
have this layer below the gradient border we have
change the blend mode to overlay

Add your name

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!

Star Size – 2.00
Size Variation – 25
Edge Star Density – 10
Overall Star Density – 0
Overdrive – 100
Twinkle amount – 100
Keep Original image

Click okay

Repeat this for each of the other 3 layer but, make sure you click random seed once for each of them

Now just have each one showing for a new layer in your animation program and it should have the sparkle you want

Press Play to watch it go, if you like it save it as a .gif and you're done!

Now for the Avi

Create a new Canvas 125px by px
Flood fill with black

On your banner merge all but your name and the borders
Drag the black background we just made over

Additional Filters Needed

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame-02
Add to your canvas
Resize to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp02
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand tool to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
invert your selection
On the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Duplicate the paper layer
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open bellas-lullaby-sheet
Add to your canvas just below the frame layer but above the two background layers we just made
Resize and rotate a bit to your liking
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail in the layer pallate of one of the backgrounds to select it
Invert the selection and on the sheet music layer, press delete
Deselect
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Open your tube and add to your canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Once you have this duplicate it and have one above and one below the frame
The one below erase any that is extending outside the frame that you don't want to be
Add a drop shadow

On the one above erase the same parts you did from the other layer and then any that is over the frame that you don't want over the frame either.
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light, lower the opacity to 50%

Add the tube one more time
This time have it above the sheet music layer
Resize and position as you'd like
Once you have that erase any that may be extending beyond the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 50%

Open pp10
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here
