It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Rion aka Pin Up Toons
This was a bonus tube in August but he has so many other awesome tubes
You can view them HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the PTU scrapkit “Fairy Dust” by Mythical Desings
You can find this kit HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask362 by Vix
You can find that for download HERE

Additonal Filers Needs
Xero – Porcelain
VanDerLee → Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame1
Add to your canvas
Resize to 65%
Add a drop shadow

Open Paper14
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas, have this above the frame but, hide it so that you can see what you're doing with the frame

Use your magic wand to select all the black parts of the frame we added
Copy and paste as a new layer the black part

Select this and invert the selection
Unhide the paper layer and then press delete
Drag the paper layer below the copy of the black portions
Lower the opacity of the paper to 50%

On the duplicate black layer
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open Paper7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Apply the mask to this layer

Now open your tube and add it a few times to the frame in between the paper layer and the one we added the pattern offset to.

Once you have them how you want them erase any that is outside the black portion of the frame
Change all the blend modes to luminosity
Merge them together
Lower the opacity to 50%

Add your full tube to your canvas now
Resize and reposition to your liking
Once you have this
Filer → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel change to 0

Filer → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default

Duplicate this layer
On the bottom on add a drop shadow

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Element5
Element5
Element 39 (this is over the frame and I erased any that was outside the frame as well, no drop shadow)
Element24
Element29 (erase some of this)
Element12
Element38
Element40
Element8
Element40

Add your name
Erase a bit of it so it looks like it's wrapping around her foot

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
