***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS6
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Arthur Crowe
This particular tube comes with the kit that I am using by Moon Vixen Designs
It's gorgeous and a large size so you can do close ups if needed!
Be sure to read your TOUs to ensure you're crediting him correctly!

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the scrapkit “Two Peas on a Beach” by Moon Vixen Designs
It’s a stunning kit, as stated it comes with a chibi from Arthur Crowe, collab.
It has 15 Papers, 47 elements, 3 frames.
There is SO much you can do with this.
Both beach type things and underwater
You can find this kit HERE.

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
650px by 650px
Flood fill with white.

In the Element Folder:
Open MVD - TPIAP Two Peas on a Beach Element (50)
Add to your canvas
Add a drop Shadow to this layer

From the Papers folder:
Open MVD - MVD - TPIAP Two Peas on a Beach Paper (4)
Add beneath the frame
Filter -> Blur -> Motion Blur
Angle: 30, Distance 126

Next, take your elliptical tool
And draw a circle around your frame
This might take some playing to get right, it did for me
Once you have it
Select -> Modify -> Feather 10
Then delete outside of the frame while selected on the paper.

Add your tube to the canvas.
Resize and position to your liking
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate
Delete the drop shadow from this layer
Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur ->
Change the Blend Mode to Soft light

Now Add your tube again to in between the frame and the paper layer
However you want, can be once or multiple times like I did
Just whatever is your aesthetic here.
Once you’re done
Change the blend mode to Luminosity
Lower the opacity to 50%

Add a pattern of a right angle stripe
To just above the paper frame layer
I changed the blend mode to overlay
And lowered the opacity to 9%

Add MVD - TPIAP Two Peas on a Beach Element (37)
Just below the frame and merge with frame.
Delete any of the sand that is now inside of the frame.

From the Papers folder:
Open MVD - TPIAP Two Peas on a Beach Paper (4)
Use your mask of choice.
I used the following:

I do not remember where I got it.
If it’s your OR you know where I got it PLEASE let me know.
I will take it down and give credit where it’s due!

Now add which elements you'd like
