This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of FourXsDesigns
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE
This one is of Snooki and come with 2 close up layers and 16 different layers for the clothing

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Snooki” by Wicked Princess Scraps
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using mask113 by Designs by Vaybs
You can find this HERE


Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.


Add your close up of choice to your tag
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail to select it
Add a new layer
Flood fill with black
Deselect


Using the font Impact
Type out “Snooki”
Mine is size 100px
Select the word layer as we had the close up in the beginning and on the black layer we had press delete
Deselect
You can delete the words layer now


Select the Black layer with the word cutout on it now
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with a color from the tube (I used green)
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with another color from the tube (I used pink)
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with black
Move the original Snooki to the top of the pile
Invert the selection and press delete
Deselect
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 70
Duplicate
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom black layer add a drop shadow


Add your full tube to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow


Open PP8
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask here


Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

splat (no drop shadow)
splat (no drop shadow)
splat (no drop shadow)
circletrail
glitterdoodle
star
lipliner
heartkeychain
lips
rose
rose (desaturated)
bow
bow


Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

Resize if you'd like to

Add your copy right information

Tube of choice.

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Emo Rock” by Rissa's Designs
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using mask253 by Weescotslass
You can find this HERE


Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open BoneFrame
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 80%
Add a drop shadow

Open Paper9
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle of – 25 and Amount – 190 px
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Duplicate the layer
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add Paper9 to your canvas again
just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the legs extending beyond the frame
Duplicate this layer
Erase any of the tube over the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube again between the two paper frame background layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped one horizontally
Merge these two layers together
Erase any of the tubes that're outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Wire (no drop shadow)
Wire (no drop shadow)
Swirl2
Swirl2
*Everything is duplicated and flipped in this one so we'll just work on the left side for now ;)*

Polish
Skull2
WingedCupcake

*As I said before, select all these layers, Flip Horizontally and move to the right side of your tag*

Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

MuRa's Meister – Copies


~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 250px

Add your tube to your canvas
Filter → MuRa's Meister → Copies
Wallpaper (rotate)
The rest at default

Filter → Blur → Radial Blur
100, Spin, Good

Move the center dot to about the center of your canvas

Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen Edges
Repeat

Add your tube to your canvas
Resize and Reposition in the center to your liking
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to overlay
Add a drop shadow to the original one

Add your tube below these two layers once more
Have the heart sort of be the focus on the left side
Once you have it how you want it
Duplicate, Flip horizontally and move to the right side of the banner

Merge those two layers together
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 40%
Duplicate 3 times so you have a total of 4 layers
Hide your main tube so you can see these layers better
Using your lasso tool
Select around the heart and hands on both sides
On the second heart beat layer (the first is going to remain as is :) )
Filter → Distort → Pinch
Amount 9

On the third, repeat this filter
Amount 7

On the fourth layer, repeat once more
Amount 5

Now, Hide all of them but your very first layer, we'll come back to the animation in a bit.

Unhide your two main focus tube layers.

Add some wording that you'd like in white, change the blend mode to soft light

Use your rectangle marquee tool to select the whole canvas
Add two new layers at the top
On the bottom of the two new layers
Edit → Stroke
Center, 10px and black

On the top
Edit → Stroke
Center, 6px, a color that comes from your tube
Deselect
Add noise to the top one

Change blend mode of the bottom to overlay

Add your name

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with your result save to your liking and you're done!

Now onto the animation

You're going to open your animation window
The first layer set your delay to 1 sec (that's the one we didn't change at all)

On the second, third and fourth layer the delay is .1 sec
You're going to just have each layer visible for each animation frame

Press play and it should look like a heart beat :)

If you're having with it save as a .gif and you're done!

If you want to make an avi with it

Merge all your layers but the name, copyright and border layrs
Create a clipping mask that's 175px by 200px in size

Add it to another canvas
Add your initial, copyright and borders as we did before

Save to your liking and you're done!

Flood fill with white.

Open as56
Select only the frame with the cupcakes on it (you will get part of the pink one)
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 50%
Rotate 25 degrees
Erase what there is on the pink frame
Add a drop shadow

Open paper01
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate the layer
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Renaissance
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add the same paper to your canvas again
Just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Open as30
Add to you canvas, above the mask layer
Apply clippin mask to the mask layer
Change the blend mode to screen

Add the tube to the canvas
Just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube at the bottom outside the frame
Duplicate
Move above the frame
Erase any of the legs that are over the frame
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add the tube close up
Between the two frame background paper layers
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to soft light
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Lower the opacity to 30%

Now add which elements you'd like

Add to your canvas
Resize down by 80%
Rotate -25 degrees
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate this layer
Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical
Arrange a bit apart sort of like my sample tag

Open P7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the two brackets
Add a new layer and either draw out, stamp or add the heart you're going to be using
Drag below the paper layer
Hold down your alt key and on the layer pallette move your mouse between the two layers until the cursor changes into the two intersecting circles and click once
Move around and resize the heart as you'd like to
I also added a bevel and outer glow
Add a Drop shadow

Open P3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
Lower the opacity to about 50%
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add the tube once more
Just above the pink paper we used for the heart we made
I flipped mine horizontally
I made the clipping mask as I did before (with the heart and paper layers)
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 30%

Duplicate the paper layer (you may need to readd the clipping mask)
Filter → VanDerLee → Un-plugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

In a nice cursive font type out the letters ily in white
Add a bevel, slight inner glow, outer glow and drop shadow
Change Rotate to match the brackets
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
