This Tutorial was written on March 17th, ‎2013 by Ashly
It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Amy Matthews
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE
This was a bonus tube but, she has plenty of other amazing work that would look equally as good on this tag so be sure to check it all out ;)

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Fresh Baked” by Alika's Scraps
You can find this HERE
You'll also need some sparkles of choice, I am using some from Alika's kit “Totally Zirconia”

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask144 by Weescotslass
You can find this HERE

Addittional Filters

Just below the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube at the bottom outside the frame
Duplicate

Duplicate
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px

Between the two frame background paper layers
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to soft light
