This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Rion
Use must purchase a license to use his artwork and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am a PTU kit called “Hoppy Spring” by Designs by Sarah
You can find this kit HERE
It comes with a set of clusters as well and we're going to be using one of those too.

Mask of Choice
I am using PTUMask8 by Vix
Which you can find HERE

Additonal Filters Needed
Penta - Jeans

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Go to the cluster frames and open Cluster 1
Add it to your canvas
Scale down to 70% and rotate 10 degrees
Add a drop shadow
Open pp9
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
use your magic wand to select inside the two frames there, get as much of it as you can
Select → Modify → Expand, by 7
Invert and on the paper press delete
Deselect

Add your tube and arrange and resize how you're wanting to
Once you have that duplicate the tube
On the bottom add a drop shadow
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add your tube again
Have it below the frame layer
Flip horizontally, resize and reposition to your liking
Once you have that, Select the paper background
Invert the selection and on the tube layer, press delete
Deselect
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 53%

Duplicate the paper background layer
Bring it to above the tube we placed in the frame in the pallate
Filter → Penta → Jeans
amount – 20, border – 4
Change the blend mode to, soft light

Open pp7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas, have just above the white background layer
Apply the mask to this layer

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

splatter3 (no drop shadow)
splatter1 (no drop shadow)
splatter2 (no drop shadow)
ribbon 2
flower 1
