This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Additional Filters Needed

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open elem (44)
Add to your canvas and resize by 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open papers (4)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas above the frames we just added
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail of the Polaroid type frames we just added to select it
Invert your selection and on the paper layer, press delete.
Deselect
Change the blend mode to overlay.

Use your magic wand to select the top black area of the frames we have now
Ctrl+J (this just duplicates that area and puts it on a new layer)
On this new layer
Filter – VanDerLee – UnpluggedX – Pattern Offset, at default
Lower the opacity to 50%

Add your full body tube and resize and position it on the right of the frames.
Once you have this duplicate the layer
On the bottom add a drop shadow
On the top
Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add your tube again below the main tube layers we just worked with
Position it and resize how it'd be in the frames
Select the layer we used pattern offset on and then invert the selection
On the tube layer closeup, press delete
Deselect
Change the blend mode to Luminosity and the opacity to 50%

Open papers (5)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Just above the white background in the layers pallate
