This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.

Mask of Choice
I am using mask23 by moonbeams and spiderwebs
Which you can find HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame1
Add to your canvas
Scale down to 80%
Add a drop shadow

Open paper1
Add to your canvas
and scale down as much as you'd like
I went to just around the the frame so I cuold get as much of the detail of the paper in there as I could.
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 8
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete.
Deselect

Open paper6
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply your mask to this layer

Open your tube and add it to your canvas
Resize and position to your liking
Duplicate
have one above and one below the frame
On the one below erase any of the legs that are outside the frame
add a drop shadow

On the one above erase any of the legs outside and over the frame
Duplicate and on the new layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light, opacity at 50%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

element24
element9
element7 (no drop shadow)
element25
element31
element5
element7 (no drop shadow, small portions)
element28
element27

element12
element12
element17
element18
element18
element18
element17
element34 (no drop shadow, an outer glow added, some erased)
element6
element11
element14
