Position it in the upper left corner a bit from the middle of the canvas.
Duplicate this layer.
Resize the new layer by 75% and rotate 20 degrees.
Position in the lower right corner.
Add a drop shadow to both of the frames

Open paper01

Invert the selection and on the paper background press delete.
Deselect.
Open paper06
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into you canvas
Drag to just about the white layer.
Apply your mask here.

Go to your tube and select the close up layer.
Copy and paste into you canvas.
Resize and position where you'd like this on the left of the canvas, in the larger star frame.
This layer should be between your frame layers and the paper background layer
Once you have it where you'd like it.
Erase any of the parts that are outside of the frame.
Change the blend mode to luminostiy and opacity at 50%
Duplicate this layer.

On the new layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, Radius of 5.
Change the blend mode to hard light, opacity at 100%

Got back to your tube and select the half body, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Resize and reposition so it looks like she's standing inside the smaller star frame.
Once you're happy with this erase any parts that are outside of the frame.
Duplicate it, drag one below the frames the other to the top of everything.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow.

On the top one:
Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default, except change the blue channel to 0

Filter → Xero → Radience
