Open pp2
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag below your frame background layer
Apply your layer mask here.

Open your tube layer and get them all set up the way you want.
I did it with all the green layers showing, green eyes and black hair, merge visible so they'll all move together.
Copy and Paste onto your canvas.
I flipped mine horizontally.
Resize and reposition to your liking, this is in between your frame layer and your frame background paper.
Once you're happy with this.
Select your frame background layer and invert and then click delete on your tube layer.
Duplicate this layer.
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, radius of 5
Change the blend mode on this one to soft light and opacity of 50%
On the bottom one, change this to black and white.

Copy and Paste your tube onto your canvas again.
Resize and reposition to your liking.
Add a drop shadow.
This is positioned above the frame layer, so it's currently the top layer.

Filter → Xero → Radience.
Hit random a few times until you get something you like.
Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default.

Now, we're going to embellish.
Do this to your liking, with a drop shadow of choice and positioned as you'd liked.
For animation purposes Make sure you have these three somewhere on there that you can merge together: Swirl1, Snowflake1 & Snowflake3.

I used the following, in this order, with drop shadow unless otherwise specified.

~Above Mask, below frame background~
branch
Snowflake3 (no drop shadow)
Swirl1 (no drop shadow)
Snowflake1 (no drop shadow)

~Above frame, below top tube layer~
button2 (duplicated, resized and repositioned)
ribbon2

~Above the top tube layer~
ribbon3
branch2 (I erased a bit of this at the bottom of the flower used next)
flower1
bow4
button3 (duplicated, resized and repositioned)
ornament1
Sparkle of choice (no drop shadow here)
bow2

Add your name.

Image → Trim
Top left Pixel color, all boxes checked
Resize if you'd like to

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information!

If you're happy with your tag and don't want to animate then you're done!!
Save to your liking!

If you want to animate let's keep going.

Go back down to your layers and merge the three I'd mentioned together so they're all on one layer.
Then duplicate that layer 3 times so that you have a total of 4 layers.

On the first layer
Filer → Eye Candy 4000 → HSB Noise

All at default except change the drop down to Smooth Fractal.
Click okay.

Do this with the other 3 layers, just hitting random seed on each one.

Go to your animation window and have them as each different layer there.
Delay set to .15 seconds, set to play forever.
Press play to see it go and if you're happy with it save it as a .gif and you're done!

Way to go!
Thank you for trying my tutorial!
I'd love to see your results!!
If you have any questions feel free to shoot me an email!
Thanks so much and Huge Huggles!

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Zindy Neilsen
You must purchase her artwork for use and can do so HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a PTU Scrapkit called, “Dark Side of the Icicle” by Alika's Designs
You can purchase that for use HERE
You'll also need some sparkles of choice from another kit.

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask141 by Weescotslass
You can find her masks HERE

Filters Needed
Xero – Radience

Snow Animation of choice
I used this one you can download HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~
First we're going to start by opening the snow animation in photoshop. (you may need to open it in Animation shop if you're using PSP here :) )
You're going to make each from individual and with each frame
Edit → Define Pattern
Save as something you'll remember I did Snow1, Snow2....etc.
Now, we'll come back to this later.

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open as28
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Resize by 80%
Add a drop shadow of choice.

Open paper06
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag Below your frame layer.
Use your magic wand and select inside of your frame.
Select → Modify → Expand by 5
Invert your selection and while on your paper background layer press delete.
Deselect.

Open paper11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Drag below your frame background, just about your white layer.
Apply your mask here.

Open up your tube and copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Resize and Reposition to your liking.
Once you're happy with that duplicate this and drag one just below your frame,
The other leave just above.
Erase any parts of both that are sticking outside of your frame or on your frame.
One the bottom on add a drop shadow of choice.

On the top tube layer.
Filter → Xero → Radience
Click random a few times until you get an effect you like.

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask, all at default settings.

Now, we're just going to embellish our tags.
Do so to your liking, rotated, resized and drop shadowing to you liking.

I used the following, in this order with drop shadow unless otherwise specified.

~Above the Mask layer, below the paper frame background layer~
as23 (no drop shadow, duplicated and repositioned)
as75
as66

~Above the frame background layer, below the bottom tube layer~
as55

~Above the Frame layer, below the top tube layer~

as03 (I erased parts to make it look like it was looping around the frame, no drop shadow)
as01
as34
as42 (I also added an outer glow to this one)
as24
as01

~Above the top tube layer~
as29
as06
as06
as29
I added some of my own word art here.
As45 (duplicated and resized a bit)
as46 (duplicated and resized a bit)
Add your sparkles of choice here.

Add your name to your tag.

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked.

Resize if you'd like to.

***Most Important***
Add your copyright information here!

If you don't want to animate then you're done!
Save to your likings and I'd love to see any and all results!
If you do then we'll continue on.

Go back to your layers and ctl + click on the frame background layer to select it.
Click on the layer with the berry bush and add a new layer.
Click on your flood fill tool and at the top change the mode to pattern.
Click the arrow and find the first frame of our snow, on our new layer flood fill the selected area with our pattern.
Add a new layer and flood fill with the second layer.
Continue this until you've got a new layer with each of the different animation layers filled there.
I ended up with 10 total.
I didn't like how bright white it was so I change the opacity on each to 50%.

Then go to your animation window and on the first only have the first snow layer showing.
Add a new animation layer and hide the first but unhide the second.
Do this for each until you have enough animation frames (again I have 10 ;) )

I set the delay to .1 seconds, set to loop forever.
Presse play and if you're happy with your animation save it for web and you're done!
Thank you for trying this and if you have any questions feel free to ask!
