It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Anna Marine
You must purchase her work for use and can do so HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a PTU Scrapkit called, “Winter Elegance” by Mythical Designs.
You can purchase this kit for use HERE
You'll also need a sparkle of your choice.

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask141 by Weescotslass

Filters Needed
Xero – Porcelain

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open Paper10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste onto your canvas.
Take out your shape tool and draw out your rectangle.
Once you're happy with the size, make sure the color is black
Drag it below your paper layer.
Hold down alt and then hover your mouse on the line between the two layers when it changes click down.
Your paper should now be only the size of your black rectangle.
Merge those two layers together.
Ctrl+Click on the new thumbnail so it's selected.
Select → Modify → Contract, by 40
Click delete
Deselect.
Ctrl+Click on this layer again
Select → Modify → Expand, by 3
Create a new layer and flood fill with a color just darker than the darkest of colors in your frame.
Filter → Noise → Add noise
Amount - 5, gaussian and monochromatic checked
deselect.
Add a bit of a bevel to the top frame layer.
Merge these two layers together and add a drop shadow of choice.

Open paper15
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and Paste onto your canvas.
Using your magic Wand tool select inside your frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on your paper layer again press delete.
Deselect.

Go to your tube
Copy and Paste it into your canvas.
Resize and reposition to your liking.
Once you have this duplicate it and drag one just below your frame layer, erase any bits that may be poking outside your frame and add a drop shadow to this one.

Erase any of the parts that are sticking outside of the frame on your top layer that should be the top most layer at this point.

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel, slide all the way to the left to 0

Filer → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default

Open paper14
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into your canvas.
Drag this layer to just above your white background layer.
Apply your mask here.

Now we're just going to embellish.
Do so to your liking, with drop shadow of choice.

Element21 (no drop shadow, duplicated and repositioned)
Element29 (no drop shadow)
