It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of FourXs Designs
You must purchase her artwork for use and can do so HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a FTU Scrapkit called, “Winter Magic” by Mago74
You can download this HERE
I also used a sparkle from somewhere else so if you'd like to find one of those as well.

Mask of Choice.
I am using PTUMask8 by Vix
Which you can purchase HERE

Filters Needed
Xero – Porcelain

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

In the Part 2 of the kit
Open ramka (2)
copy and paste into your canvas
Resize by 25%
Duplicate this layer.
Rotate the bottom one -15 degrees.
Merge them together and add a drop shadow.

Open WA (3)
Copy and paste into your canvas
Resize by 25% and rotate 15 degrees.
Add a bit of an outer glow to this and change the opacity to 30%

Open pp (3)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into your canvas
Apply your layer mask.

Arrange your layers in your tube the way that you want them and then merge them together so they'll all move over together and add your tube to your frame.
Resize and reposition and you'd like to.
Then duplicate this layer.
One should be just above your frames layer, one just below.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow.
On the top, erase any bits that are outside the frame at the bottom

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default, except the blue channel, change to 0.

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask.
All at default.

Now, we're just going to embellish out the tag.
Do so to your liking with a drop shadow of choice.
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadwo unless specified.
Most were resized to at least 20% and then more as well.

~Above the Mask Layer, below the winter magic star wordart~
el (71)
el (14) (no drop shadow, I erased any that once behind the tube as well)

~Above the winter magic star word art, below bottom tube layer~
el (53)
el (17)
el (15)
el (51)
el (46)

~Above the top tube layer~
el (7) (no drop shadow)
el (4) (no drop shadow)
el (51)
el (24)
el (31)
el (35)

I added some word art here that I made

Add some sparkles of choice.
Add your name to your tag.

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked.

Resize if you'd like to
