It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Gina King
You must purchase a license to use this tube and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU kit called “Wanna Lick?” by Designs by Sarah
You can find this kit HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame 4
Add to your canvas
Resize to 80%
Duplicate
Rotate the bottom on 10 degrees
Rotate the top on -10 degrees
Add a drop shadow to both of them

Open pp5
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside of both the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open your tube and add the one with the Popsicles behind her if you're using the same tube as me
Erase any that is outside the frames
Duplicate this layer
Change the bottom one's blend mode to luminosity
Change the top one's blend mode to soft light

Add your tube this time without the Popsicles, if you're using the same image as me again :)
Flip the image horizontally
Resize and position to your liking
Once you have this duplicate it
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open back drop 1
Add this to your canvas just above the white background layer
Rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise
Resize and adjust the position a bit if you're wanting to

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

sun
waves
string 1 (no drop shadow)
sun glasses 2
popscicle 1
popscicle 4
wordart 1 (I also added an outer glow here)
heart
button 2
button 2
button 1
button 1
flower 1
little flower 1
little flower 2
bow 1
bow 2

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
