It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Anna Marine
You must purchase a license to use her work and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU kit called “Tea Party Dream” by Jackie's Jewels
You can find this kit HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame6
Copy and paste into your canvas
Rotate by 15 degrees and scale down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open Paper13
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas, have this layer below your frame layer
Use the magic wand to select inside the Frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Add your tube close up into the frame as well
Resize and position to your liking
Erase any of the tube that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to Screen

Add the Element Ladder to your canvas as the top layer
Resize and position to your liking
I did 50% on the resize
Add a drop shadow
Now add your tube and I positioned it so that it was sort of like she was sitting on the ladder
Once you have this resized and positioned how you like duplicate this layer
On the bottom original add a drop shadow

On the top tube layer
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Add the Element Mask to your canvas and have it just above the white background layer
Resize and position to your liking, I scaled down to about 90%

Open Paper1
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the “Mask” we added
Hold down your alt to and on the layer pallate move your mouse pointer to the line between the paper layer and the mask layer, it should switch to two circles, when it does that click once and release both the mouse and the alt key (we created a clipping mask here ;) )

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

String (no drop shadow)
CircleScatter (no drop shadow)
Cloud (no drop shadow)
DottedArt (no drop shadow but I added an outer glow)
Flowers
