It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac
You must purchase a license to use his work and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU kit called “Starlite Night” by Alika's Scraps
You can find this kit HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask363 by Vix
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Penta.com - Dot and Cross

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open as19
Add it to your canvas
Resize by 80% and rotate -5 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Open paper01
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand tool to select inside the frame
Make sure you get as much of the little spaces around the edges as you can
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the select
On the paper layer, press delete
Deselect
Duplicate this layer

Filer → Penta → Dot and Cross
Amount – 25
Cross distance – 10
Cross width – 0

Change the blend mode to soft light

Open paper07
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add your tube to the canvas as the top layer
Resize and position to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom one add a drop shadow
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add your tube again, this time have it between the frame and the two paper layers we had there
Resize and position as you'd like
erase any that is outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to 30%

Open as26
Add to your canvas just below the last tube we added
Resize and position to your liking, I went in the top right corner
Duplicate this once you have it where you want it and drag one layer just below the two background papers
On the one above them still
Erase any that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to overlay

On the one below the frames, duplicate it once more
Rotate and position behind the tube in the bottom left as well

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

as15 (no drop shadow)
as10
as13
as21
as12
as14
as08
as25
as08
as21
as05
as04
as03
as02

Add some wordart if you'd like

as30 (no drop shadow)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!

Now, if you want to animate like I did:

Duplicate both of the star layers
On the bottom ones desaturate them
Hide both of the full color ones
That's your first frame

Your second frame unhide the yellow star layer and have the opacity at 25%
On the third change the opacity to 50%
On the fourth change the opacity to 75%
On the fifth change the opacity to 100%
Add another and don't change anything
Add another change the opacity back to 75%
Add another change the opacity back to 50%
Add another change the opacity back to 25%
On the next layer they're both going to be hidden once again
Add a new layer and repeat the above with the purple heart
Press play to see your animation go

If you're happy with it, You're done!
