This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of FourXsDesigns
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE
This one is of Snooki and come with 2 close up layers and 16 different layers for the clothing

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Snooki” by Wicked Princess Scraps

Additional Filters Needed

Flood fill with white.

Add your close up of choice to your tag
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail to select it
Add a new layer
Flood fill with black

Mine is size 100px
Select the word layer as we had the close up in the beginning and on the black layer we had press delete
You can delete the words layer now

Select the Black layer with the word cutout on it now
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with a color from the tube (I used green)
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with another color from the tube (I used pink)
Select → Modify → Contract, by 3
Add a new layer
Flood fill with black
Move the original Snooki to the top of the pile
Invert the selection and press delete
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 70
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom black layer add a drop shadow

Add your full tube to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
To the bottom tube add a drop shadow

Open PP8
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask here

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

splat (no drop shadow)
splat (no drop shadow)
splat (no drop shadow)
rose (desaturated)

Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
