It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Kim” part of a collab, this is Alika's Scraps portion
You can find this for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask329 by Vix
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X – TV RBG

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open as50
Add to your canvas
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom one erase the right frame
On the top one erase the left frame
Reposition both of the frames to your liking, sort of similar to what I've done
Select both of them and scale down to 85%
Add a drop shadow to both of them

Open paper11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 3
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete

Open paper10
Reszie to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask to this layer
Lower the opacity to 50%

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube you can see outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
Erase any of the tube over the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom layer add a drop shadow
On the top layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to overly and the opacity to 50%

Add the tube just above the purple paper layer
Change the blend modes of these to luminosity.
The one in the left frame lower the opacity to 70%
On the two I have in the left frame lower the opacity to 30% on the left and 40% on the right

Duplicate the purple paper background layer
Change the layer position to above the three tubes we added
Fliter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → TV RBG
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

as70 (no drop shadow)
as10 (no drop shadow)
