This Tutorial was written on August 22nd 2012 by Ashly
It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Martin Abel
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can now do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Toxic Kitty” by Alika's Scraps
You can find this for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask038 by Becky
I'm not sure what her blog is now so, I'll post it here but,
if needs be I can take it down and add a link, just let me know

Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee – Unplugged-X - Interlace

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open as48
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open paper08
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Open paper05
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Move this one below the frame
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame at the bottom
Move this one above the frame
Select the frame layer
Erase any of the tube that's over the frame
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to overlay, lower the opacity to 50%
Add a drop shadow to the bottom tube layer

Add your tube to your canvas below the frame on the right side
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the frame
I did this two more times as well to fill the space up :)
Change the blend modes to luminosity
Lower the opacity of all of them to 50%

Duplicate the blue background layer
Drag the layer to above the three tubes in the right frame
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Interlace
Change the blend mode to overlay

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

as54 (no drop shadow)
as54 (no drop shadow)
as83 (no drop shadow)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
