This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Ellie Milk
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Memories of Fall” by Karra's Kreative Korner
You can find this for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask238 by Weescotslass

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open clock
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 85%
Rotate -15 degrees

Open paper3
Add to your canvas below the clock
Select the clock
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Invert the selection
On the paper layer, press delete
Filer → Noise → Add Noise
Amount: 12.5%
Gaussian
Monochromatic
Merge the two layers together
Add a drop shadow
Open paper1
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
Add a drop shadow to the bottom tube layer

Add your tube to your canvas below the main tube
Resize and reposition to your liking
I lowered the opacity down pretty low to see what I was doing
Getting her face to be the center of the clock and get most of it there
I flipped horizontally as well
Once it's where you want it to be use your elliptical marquee tool to select the face of the clock
Once you have it selected invert the selection and on the tube layer press delete
Change the blend mode to Luminosity and lower the opacity to 50%

Open glow
Add to your canvas just above the girl and the clock, below the main tube
Lower the fill to 70%
Add a bit of outer glow to this as well, I used the maroon of the dress, all else at default

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

scatter (no drop shadow)
vines
leather strap
light
weeds (no drop shadow)
heart scatter (no drop shadow)
pinecones
pinecones
pinecones

leaf1
leaf1
flower2

basket
bow1

sparkle (no drop shadow, blend mode changed to overlay)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked
