It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Zindy Nielsen
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Florality” by ChiChi's Designz
You can find this for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask 89 by Designs by Vabys
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Xero – Porcelain
Xero - Radiance

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open the FlowerFrame1
Add it to your canvas
Scale just the height down by 80%
Then resize the whole frame by 80% again
Add a drop shadow

Open paper13
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete

Open paper5
Reszie to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask to this layer

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any of the tube you can see outside the frame at the bottom
Duplicate this layer
Erase any of the tube over the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom layer add a drop shadow
On the top layer
Filer → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel set to 0

Filter → Xero → Radiance
Something subtle that just compliments your tube a bit

Filer → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Brush (no drop shadow)
Arch (rotated a bit and erased the ends so that they're not visible)
Ribbon1
FlowerTrail (no drop shadow)
Leaves
Tullip
