This Tutorial was written on March 22nd, 2012 by Ashly
It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis
Use must purchase a license to use his artwork and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU Kit, “Waves” by Rissa's Designs
Which you can find for purchase HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask5 by TallChich D-zines
Which you can find for download to use HERE

Additonal Filters
MuRa's Meister - Copies

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.
Take your half body tube and add it to your canvas
Filter → MuRa's Mister → Copies
Wallpaper (rotate), all a default

Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle – 25 Degrees
Distance – 200 pixels

Now take your preset shape tool, ellipitcal
Add a new layer and draw out a circle that's 400px by 400px, make sure the color is black

Add another layer and draw out a circle that's 300px by 300px, choose any color you want

Ctrl + click on the two layers to select them both
Select all
Layer → Align Layers to selection → Vertical Centers
Layer → Align Layers to Selection → Horizontal Centers
Deselect

Rasterize both layers

Now ctrl + click on the small circle thumbnail in the pallates and on the bigger circle press delete.

Deselect the smaller circle.

Drag the Black circle below our original tube layer we used the blur on
Go to our layers pallatte still and hold down alt going between the two, when it changes to the two circles just click once.
Merge the two layers together.

Ctrl + click on the thumbnail for the new frame we have.
Select → Modify → Expand, 5
Add a new layer underneath this layer
Flood fill with a color from the main part of the frame
Deselect

Filter → Noise → Add Noise
Amount – 25%
Uniform and Monochromatic

Add a bit of a bevel to the top of the frame layers
Merge the two together
Add a drop shadow of choice

Open pp06
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas and if you'd like resize it down more to show more of the wave in the middle of the frame
Use the magic wand tool to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert your selection and on the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Open pp05
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas, just above the white background layer
Apply your mask here.

Open your tube and add it to the canvas
Resize and position to your liking
Once you're happy with this have it below your frame and duplicate it
Move the new layer above the frame
To the bottom one add a drop shadow

To the top one erase an of the tube that's over the frame at the bottom
Duplicate it
Filter → blur → Gaussian blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

RD14
RD04
RD03
RD15
RD12
RD14
RD19
RD23
RD06
RD09
RD18 (no drop shadow)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
