This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Lorenzo Di Mauro
Use must purchase a license to use his artwork and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU Kit, “What is this Thing They Call Love” by Skulliez Skrapz
Which you can find for purchase HERE
You'll also need an optional sparkle from another kit :)

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame3
Add to your canvas
Resize down by 80%
Duplicate this layer.
On the bottom one press ctrl+shift+alt + b, then enter
On the top one rotate it by 13 degrees
Rotate the bottom one by -8 degrees
Arrage them similarly to what I have in my tag
Merge the two layers together
Scale down to 90%
Add a drop shadow

Open sp1
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Have this below your frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert your selection and on the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Add your close up tube to your canvas
Have it between your frame and paper layer
Position it how you want her in the frames
Once you're happy with this erase any parts that are outside the frames
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom change the blend mode to luminosity, opacity at 30%
On the top one change the blend mode to soft light, opacity at 70%

Add your tube to your canvas
Flip horizontally and resize and position to your liking
Once you're happy with this erase any of the legs that are over the frame
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom add a drop shadow
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 pixel
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:
