~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.
Open pinkpp
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add it to your canvas.

Take your rectangle shape tool and draw out a square that's 350px by 400px
Rasterize the layer
Select the image
Select → Modify → Contract, by 50px
Press delete
Select the image again
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Delete the black frame

Add a bevel and contour to the frame

Select the frame again
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Add a new raster layer below the frame
Flood fill with a color that's just a bit darker than the frame

Filter → Noise → Add Noise
25%
Uniform
monochromatic

Merge the two layers together and add a drop shadow

Open swirlpaper2
Add it to your canvas, resize and I rotated mine a bit to have the 'swirls' going at a bit of angle
Once you're happy with that use your magic wand and select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Invert the selction and on the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Open drkpurplepaper
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the other layers, except the white background layer
Apply your mask to this layer.

Open your tube and choose the one you'd like to use out of the two there.
Add it to your canvas and resize the tube, ining up where her hair is cut off on the right to the edge of the frame.
Select the frame and erase and of the tube that's over it on the sides and bottom
Duplicate the layer
On the bottom, add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian blue, 3.0 pixels
Change the blend mode to, soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

flowertrail1 (no drop shadow)
flowertrail2 (no drop shadow)
ribbon1-pink
flair2
leaf1
ribbon1-black
ribbon1-green
flowerpurple
leaf1
leaf1
flowerwhite
flower2
flower1
flair1
flair1
flair2
Add the optional sparkles here if you'd like to, no drop shadow on them

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
