~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame 4
Add to your canvas and resize by 80%
Add a drop shadow
Open pp1
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Have it below your frame in your pallate
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame, make sure you get the small part around the outside of the main part

Select → Modify → Expand, by 3
Invert your selection and on the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open pp7
Resize to 600px by 600 px
Add to your canvas and have just above the white background layer in your pallate
Apply the mask to this layer
Open one of your closeups, I did the half body tube for mine
flip it horizontally and have it between your frame and the paper background layer
resize and reposition to your liking
Once you're happy with this delete any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to 50%

Add your full body tube to the top of you canvas
Resize and position to your liking.
Once you're happy with this duplicate your tube layer.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow
On the top
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

chandelier 3 (no drop shadow)
string 1
greenery 2 (no drop shadow)
print 3 (no drop shadow)
print 2 (no drop shadow)
leaf 1
leaf 2
stitching 1
button 2
button 2
shamrock 1
horseshoe
flower 1
flower 2
flower 3
flower 5
bow 3
bow 2
button 1
button 1

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
