~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Frame3
Add to your canvas and scale down by 70%
Add a dropshadow.

Open Paper3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below your frame.
Use your magic wand to select inside of your frame windows, make sure to get all the little spots in the middle.
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5, invert your selection
On the paper Layer press delete.

Open Paper4
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the other paper layer we added
Add your mask to this paper.

Open your tube up and add it to the left two panes of your window frame
It'll be between the frame layer and the yellow paper layer
Flip it horizontally
Erase any parts that are outside of them, including possibly overlapping into the other two
Change the blend mode to Hard Light and the opacity to 80%
Open Sunlight
Add this just above the tube we'd just added.
Flip it horizontally and position it so that it looks like it's coming from the top left corner of your canvas.
Resize down if you'd like to.
Erase any that you can see on the far right of your canvas that is completely outside the frame.
Change the blend mode to soft light.

Add your tube to your canvas again.
This time it will be the very top layer.
Resize and position to your liking.
I erased the little bit of her back foot to make it look like she's stepping out of the frame.
Once you have this where you like it duplicate your tube layer.
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to overlay

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Flowers2 (no drop shadow)
Swirl (no drop shadow)
Leaves1
Branch2 (no drop shadow)
Ribbon1
Fairy 2 (change the blend mode to overlay and it's currently hidden for animation later)
Petals
Flowerbundle
Flowers5
Pillow
Bottle
Jewel

Now to animate, we're going to go to our animation window, in CS5
Set the delay to .2 sec, repeat forever.
Leave the first frame as is.
Add another frame and move the fairy out from the frame just a bit
Add another frame and move her out just a bit more again
Add another frame and move her out a bit more
Add another frame and move her a bit more.
Add another and move her a bit
Add another and move her a bit
Add another a move her a bit
Add another a move her a bit more
Add another but, this time don't move her, change the opacity to 75%, the delay to .3 sec
Add another frame and change the opacity to 50%
Add another and change the opacity to 75%
Add another and change the opacity to 100%
Add another frame, change the delay back to .2 sec and move her back just a bit
Add another and move her back a bit more
keep doing this until you'd be back where she's hidden again at the beginning.
Press play to see your animation at work.

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
