It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Gothique Starr
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Silence” by Kirsty's Scraps
You can find this for purchase HERE
I also used some sparkles from elsewhere, find some the suit your needs or it's completely optional as well :)

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask128 by Weescotslass
You can find this for download on her blog HERE

Additional Filters
PhotoEffex - Scanlines

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame3
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open paper3
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Duplicate this layer

On the new layer
Filer → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
All at default
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open paper11
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to screen, lower the opacity to 50%
On the bottom one
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube to your canvas a few times
this one in between the two blue frame background layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped a couple of mine horizontally
Once you're happy with this erase any of the tubes that are outside the frame
Merge all of them together once you're happy with this
Change the blend mode to Luminosity and lower the opacity to 65%
Duplicate this layer
Fliter → Blur → Motion Blur
angle -25, amount 50px

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

ButterflyScatter2 (no drop shadow)
ButterflyScatter2 (no drop shadow)
Sequins (no drop shadow)
Sequins (no drop shadow)
Add your sparkles here if you'd like to with no drop shadow

Using Alphabet
Add your name
I turned mine various directions
Merge the letters down and add a drop shadow

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked
