It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of SkyScraps
This tube is part of the “Xmas and the Ciity” collab, avaliable Dec. 1st @ SATC HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “Xmas and the City” by Bibi's Collection
Again, this is part of the collab @ SATC starting Dec. 1st

Additional Filters Needed
VanDerLee - Unplugged-X

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open ELEMENTS (22)
Add to your canvas
Resize down to 45%
Duplicate this layer

Select the bottom one
Open PAPERS (5)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Select the bottom frame
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Deselect
On the paper layer change the blend mode to color
Merge the two layers together
Rotate -16 degrees
Add a drop shadow

On the top frame
Rotate 16 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Arrange them on your canvas
Use mine as a guide

Open PAPERS (1)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Duplicate this layer
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light
Open ELEMENTS (62)
Use this as a sort of mask
I recolored to a pink that matches the tube
Duplicate twice
Merge all three layers together

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube again under the frame
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped a couple of mine horizontally
Erase any of the tubes that are outside the frame
Change the blend modes to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 50%
Move the paper layer with the Pattern Offset done on it above these two layers, still under the frame

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

ELEMENTS (37) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (57) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (57) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (20) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (36)
ELEMENTS (16) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (16) – no drop shadow
ELEMENTS (8)
ELEMENTS (11) – made black and white and lowered the levels to darken it up to more of a black leaf
ELEMENTS (44)
ELEMENTS (1)
ELEMENTS (64)
ELEMENTS (31)
ELEMENTS (21)
ELEMENTS (46)
ELEMENTS (60)
ELEMENTS (40) – no drop shadow

Add your name

Crop the tag down to get rid of all of the access space

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with your result save to your liking and you're done!
