It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Jessica Dougherty
You must purchase a license to use her tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using  "Christmas Fairy Tale” by Bibi's Collection
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using mask1 by Melissaz Creationz
You can find this HERE

Animation of Choice
I used the falling snow you can get HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open ELEM (49)
Add to your canvas
Open your tube and flip horizontally
Change the blend mode to luminosity and lower the opacity to 50%
Reposition above the frame how you're wanting it, mainly in the two left panels
Take your rectangular marquee tool and holding the shift button (to add to the selection), draw a sqaure that fits all 4 of the panes
Add a new layer and flood fill with black
Invert the selection and on the tube layer press delete
Deselect
*With all three layers*
Resize to 75%
Rotate -10 degrees
Add a drop shadow to the frame itself
Open up your animation use the black squares we'd made to select the area easily again
Add a new layer and flood fill with the first layer as a pattern
Add a new layer and flood fill with the second layer
Do this for all 10 of the animation layers
Select all 10 once you have them there hit ctrl+g to group them
change the new layer's, called group 1, blend mode to overlay and lower the opacity to 70%
You can delete the black squares layer now :)

Open PAPERS (13)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the top layer
Add a drop shadow

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

ELEM (78) - no drop shadow
ELEM (34) – no drop shadow
ELEM (75)
ELEM (40)
ELEM (101)
ELEM (102)
ELEM (4)
ELEM (4)
ELEM (4)
ELEM (17)
ELEM (99)
ELEM (105)
ELEM (101)
ELEM (96)
ELEM (105)
ELEM (39)
ELEM (60)
ELEM (90)
ELEM (69)
ELEM (53) – no drop shadow, change the blend mode to overlay

Add your name

Crop your tag to get rid of the access space that's not needed

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information
Go to your animation window and with our falling snow layers hide all but the first on the first one
Add a new animation layer and hide the first layer and unhide the second
Continue this until you have all 10 layers on different animation layers
Have it set to go forever and the delay set to .1 sec
Press play to see it go

If you're happy with your result save as a .gif and you're done!
