Flood fill with white.

Open frame
Add to your canvas
Resize to 72%
Rotate -15 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Open pp10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection

Add a drop shadow

Add your tube between the two background paper layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 50%

Open snow
Add it just below the frame
Erase any that’s outside the frame
Change the blend mode to overlay

Now add which elements you'd like
