This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open Elements (51)
Add to your canvas
Resize to 75%
Add a drop shadow

Open Papers (3)
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frame
Make it a little smaller and reposition so the scape is in the frame more
Select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Exand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete

Open Papers (10)
Reszie to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here
Lower the opacity to 50%

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Duplicate this layer
On the top one
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0px
Change the blend mode to soft light
On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube between the frame and background paper layers
Resize and reposition to your liking
I flipped mine horizontally
Erase any of the tube that's outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the Opacity to 30%

Select your frame background paper layer
Add a new layer above it and the tube we added
Flood fill with a pattern, the first of the falling snow frame
Add a new layer, flood fill with the next pattern layer
Do this for all 10 of the falling snow pattern layers
Change the blend modes to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

Elements (59) – no drop shadow
