This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of TooshToosh
You must purchase a license to use their work HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a Scrapkit called, “Toadally Cute” by Kikeka Kits
Which you can purchase for use HERE

Mask of Choice.
I am using Mask445 by Vix
Which you can find HERE

Filters Needed:
Xenofex 2 - Constellation

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
flood fill with white

Open frame04
Rotate 90 degrees
Free transform and lower just the width to 80%
Then we're going to resize the whole frame down to 80%.

Take your tube and add it around the frame where you're wanting to.
Merge them all together and then delete the parts of the tubes outside of the frame

Change the blend mode of the tubes layer to soft light.

Add a drop shadow to the frame

Open paper05
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
Drag below your frame layers.
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → modify → expand, by 5
Invert the selection and press delete on the paper layer.
Deselect

Open paper 04
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas and drag to just above the white background layer
Apply your layer mask here.

Add your frog tube to your image again to where you'd like to
Once you're happy with the position and size add a drop shadow of choice

Add the butterfly tube to the upper right corner of the canvas to your liking as well
Add a drop shadow.

Now just embellish and add the elements you'd like to to your tag.
I used the following in this order from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless specified.

Heart06
grass02 (no drop shadow)
flower12
scatter02 (no drop shadow)
branch01
ribbon03
string01 (no drop shadow)
heartstem02
flower05
flower08
flower07
flower06
bow03
bow03
heart03
heart03
heart01
heart01

Add word art if you're wanting to.

Add a new layer and flood fill with black, change the blend mode to screen.
Filter → xenofex 2 → Constellation
With the following settings:

 Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

Now Go to you animation window, delay set at .15sec, set to repeat forever
Leave the first frame alone
Add a new frame and move the butterfly just a bit
Add a new frame and move it a bit more.
Keep doing this until the butterfly has moved back around to where it orginally was so it sort of has a looping feel to it.
I have 42 frames total.

When you're happy with your animation save as a .gif and you're done!!!
