It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
JASC Animation Shop

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Erica Leigh Currey
You much purchase a license to use her work and can do so HERE

Texture of Choice
I'm using Texture12 by Vix
Which you can download for use HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Adjustments – Variations
Vanderlee – X Unplugged
MuRa's Meister – Copies
Xero - Fuzzifier

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 250px

Add your tube to your canvas

Filter → MuRa's Meister → Copies
Wallpaper (rotate), all at default

Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle of 15 degrees, distance 100 px

Duplicate this layer and merge the two together

Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen Edges

Filter → Sharpen → Sharpen More

Add your tubes to the canvas a few times, different sizes, flipped different ways and placed differently
I have it on there 5 times.
Merge those layers together
Change the blend mode to Luminosity and change the opacity to 50%

Duplicate this layer

Filter → Xero → Fuzzifier
With the following Settings:

Duplicate the original tube layer again and have it above the one we fuzzified
Image → Adjustments → Invert

Filer → Blue → Gaussian Blur
22.3 pixels
Change the blend mode to soft light

Duplicate the fuzzified layer and move it to the top of your pallate
Change the blend mode to screen

Take your rectangular marquee tool and draw out a square along the whole thing and then flood fill with a light color from your image.

Filter → Vanderlee → Unplugged X, Pattern offset
Change the blend mode to soft light and add a light outer glow to it.

Go to your custom shape tool
I chose to use “Flower 6” and I drug it out to a decent size and then I selected just that shape
Went down to the original background, copied and then pasted into a new layer.
Moved it up to the top of the layers pallate

Filter → Vanderlee → Unplugged X, Pattern offset
Change the blend mode to soft light and add a light outer glow to it.

Add your texture to your tag.
I resized mine to a width of 600px before doing so
Change the blend mode to overlay and the opacity set to 75%

Merge all of your layers together and save this as your background.
Now we're going to head over to JASC animation shop

Open your tag background we just made into AS

Effect → Insert Image Effect
Once you have this screen looking like this:

Click on customize and apply the following:
In the box to the right I just drew out several random points around the axis and different heights and things

Click okay on both
Go to your first frame and delete the very first frame
Now save as a .gif and go back to your photoshop

Open the animated background we just made
You'll have the 12 frames in your layers pallate

Add your tube to your tag now, positioned in the middle to your liking.

Image → Adjustments → Variations

I clicked on lighten twice, more cyan, more blue, more magenta

Add an outer glow to your tube and a drop shadow as well.

Add some text below the tube in the white box area

Add your name.

Select your entire canvas
Add a new layer
Edit -> Stroke, width of 8, center in black
Change the blend mode to overly

Add a new layer
Edit -> Stroke, width of 4, center a color from your tube
Deselect
add noise to this layer

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

Go to your animation window now and have the delay set to .15sec, set to repeat forever

On the first frame have only the first frame of the background animation showing
Add another animation frame and change it to showing the second background layer
Do this for all 12 of the layers.

Once you're done, press play to see your animation go and if you're happy with your result save and a .gif and you're done!
