~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
flood fill with white

Open frame2
Add it to your canvas and resize as you'd like
I didn't do mine proportionally so it came out the way it looks in my tag :)
I also put it on a bit of an angle.
I added a dropshadow and a bit of a bevel to the frame.

Open pp12
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas and drag below your frame layer
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand by 5
Invert the Selection and press delete on the paper layer.

Open pp7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas and drag below your paper frame background
Add your mask to this paper layer.

Add the full bodied PUT to the far left frame, resize to your liking
Duplicate and drag one just below the frame, one just above
On the bottom one erase the part of the shoe that's below the frame in the back and add a drop shadow
On the top erase any that's over the frame.
Duplicate the top layer
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light.

Add the half body to the far right frame but, flipped horizontally.
Resize as you'd like.
Duplicate and drag one above and one below the frame.
Add a drop shadow to the bottom one.
To the top erase any of the tube that's over the frame.
Duplicate it once more.
On the bottom top tube change it to B&W.
The top add the Gaussian blur as we did before and again change the blend mode to soft light.

Add the full body to the middle frame again.
Delete any parts that are outside the frame and change the blend mode to overlay.

Now we're just going to add the elements to the tag that we'd like to.
Do so to your liking, resized and positioned how you want.
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless specified.

Hearts overlay1 (I rotated this a bit to the right and erased the part that is above the frame, no drop shadow)
stitched heart (no drop shadow)
word art (no drop shadow)
flower deco1
heart_beads string
sparkles (not in this kit, from a different one and no drop shadow)
twill tag_lovely2
twill tag_little1
twill tag_you2
ribbon flower
heart flair3
heart flair1
sparkles (same as before, different kit and no drop shadow)

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

If you're happy with your results and don't want to animate save to your liking and you're done!!

Now if you want to do the animation we're going to continue on.

Go to your frame backround layer and duplicate it 3 times so you have a total of 4 layers.

With the first layer selected
Filter → Xenofex 2 → Constellation
With the following settings:

Do this with each of the other 3 frames, making sure to hit random seed at the bottom each time you add it to them.

Now hide all but the very first layer, go to your animation window and then add a new layer
Hide the first layer and unhide the second

Add a New layer
hide the second layer and unhide the third

Add a new layer
hide the third layer and unhide the fourth.

I have my animation set to repeat forever with a delay of .15 seconds.

Press play to see your animation at work

If you're happy with your results then save as a .gif and you're done!

Here is a Sample of the non animated with no background :)
