~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.
Open frame2
Add to your canvas
Scale down to 60% and rotate -10 degrees

Open paper7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below your frame
Resize it down quite a bit so you have a bit more of the stripe effect in the middle if you want.
Use your magic wand and select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete.

Open paper12
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below the other paper layer
Apply your layer mask here.

Add your half body tube to your canvas
Position it to your liking, once you're happy with that, duplicate the layer
Drag one below your frame and add a drop shadow

On the one above the frame, erase any that hanging over the bottom portion of the frame.
Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel slide to 0.

Filter → Xero → Radiance
