~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame 3
Add to your canvas
Resize to 80%
Rotate -45 degrees
Add a drop shadow

Open pp8
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas below your frame
Use the magic wand to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete

Open pp5
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to the canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the mask to this layer

Open your tube and get the full body one
Add to your canvas, resize and reposition to your liking, above the frame
Once you have it where you want it
Duplicate it
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add your close up to now in between the frame and the paper background
I added it twice and flipped one horizontally
Change the blend modes to luminosity and lower the opacity to 30%

Duplicate the black background layer and bring it above these two layers we just added
Filter → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

candy 2
beads (no drop shadow)
back drop 1 (no drop shadow)
party hat
ribbon 6
candle 1
drink 1
cupcake 1
flower 2
flower 1
present 1
present 2
bow 3
bow 3

Add some wordart if you'd like to

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're result save to your liking and you're done!
