It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Enys Guerrero
You must purchase a license to use his work and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using a PTU kit called “Bella's Lullaby” by Pimp'd Designs
You can find this kit HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using PTUMask10 by Vis
You can find this for purchase HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Vanderlee – Unplugged X – Pattern Offset

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame-02
Add to your canvas
Resize to 70%
Add a drop shadow

Open pp02
Add to your canvas below the frame
Use your magic wand tool to select inside the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
invert your selection
On the paper layer, press delete
Deselect

Duplicate the paper layer
Filer → VanDerLee → Unplugged-X → Pattern Offset
Change the blend mode to soft light

Open bellas-lullaby-sheet
Add to your canvas just below the frame layer but above the two background layers we just made
Resize and rotate a bit to your liking
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail in the layer pallate of one of the backgrounds to select it
Invert the selection and on the sheet music layer, press delete
Deselect
Change the blend mode to Multiply

Open your tube and add to your canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Once you have this duplicate it and have one above and one below the frame
The one below erase any that is extending outside the frame that you don't want to be
Add a drop shadow

On the one above erase the same parts you did from the other layer and then any that is over the frame that you don't want over the frame either.
Duplicate this layer
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light, lower the opacity to 50%

Add the tube one more time
This time have it above the sheet music layer
Resize and position as you'd like
Once you have that erase any that may be extending beyond the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity, lower the opacity to 50%

Open pp10
Add to your canvas just above the white background layer
Apply the layer mask here

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:
music-notes (no drop shadow)
