Open as102
Copy and paste into your canvas
Scale down by 80% and rotate 10 degrees.
Add a drop shadow

Open as64
Add to your canvas as well
Add a drop shadow to this frame as well
Position the two frames similar to mine.

Open paper04
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas
in between the two frames
Select inside the smaller heart using the magic wand
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and press delete
Deselect.

Add the same paper to the canvas again, this time under the bigger heart frame
Select as you did before and expand the selection and invert and delete.
Select all but the white background layer and scale down to 90%
Open paper07
Resize to 600px by 600px
Drag to just about the white background in the layer pallate.
Add the mask here.

Now add your close up of your tube to the smaller heart frame, flip horizontally and erase any parts that are outside of it.

Change the blend more do overlay.

Add the full body tube onto the right side of your canvas

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel set to 0.

Filter → Xero → Radiance
Hit random a few times until you find something subtle that you like that fits with your tube.

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp mask
All at default.

Add a drop shadow to your tube.

Add the full body tube again and have it between the bigger heart and the paper layer in your pallate.
Erase any parts that are outside the frame.
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity to 20%

Now just embellish the tag to your liking, repositioning and resizing as you'd like with drop shadow of choice.
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated.

as97
as97
as47
as67
as98
as10
as09
as09
as08

If you want the sparkles then add them here with no drop shadow I lowered the opacity to 80% on mine as well.

Add your name to your tag.

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

With the following settings:

Add this to each of the other 3 layers, hitting random seed each time.
