It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Charlie
Use must purchase a license to use this gorgeous artwork and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using the FTU scrapkit, “Pot 'O Gold” by Scrapity Scrap and More
Which you can find for download HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask363 by Vix
Which you can find for download to use HERE

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open TornFrame
Add to your canvas
Choose a soft yellow from the flowers in the tube as your foreground color
Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail in the layers pallete of the frame (this will select it)
Add a new layer and flood fill the selection with the yellow color
Deselect
Change the blend mode to color and opacity to 50%
Add a drop shadow to the main frame

Open Paper16
Add it to your canvas below your frame
Use your magic wand tool and select inside of the frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open Paper13
Add it to your canvas just above your white background layer
Add your mask to this layer

Add your tube to your canvas
I flipped mine horizontally and resized and positioned to make it look like she was in the frame but, sort of on the outside of the torn edge part.
Once you're happy with that erase some of the grass on the left side but not all of it
Have this first layer below your frames.
Add a drop shadow to it.

Duplicate it and delete the drop shadow from this layer and have this above the frames in the pallate
Erase the top and bottom of the tube now over the frame.
Duplicate it

Filter → Blur → Gaussian Blur, 3.0 px
change the blend mode to soft light

Now just embellish the tag as you'd like to with the elements of your choice and drop shadow of choice.

I used the following with a drop shadow from the bottom up unless stated.

FoliageFrame
StringWhite
ginghamribbon1
ribbon1
daisy1
daisy1
daisy2
daisy2
ribbonbow1
bow4
bow3

Add some wordart if you'd like to

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

****Most Important****
Add your copy right information

If you're happy with you're resulte save to your liking and you're done!
