Open your template.
Delete the credit layer
Delete the two circle layers.

Image → Canvas Size
I increased both by 100 just to give a bit more working room.

Take your Rectangle Marquee, go to your tube (I'm using the platinum one for this tutorial) and zoom in on either her thigh or her stomach area and using it select a decent sized square (it'll still be small).

Ctrl + C
Open a new canvas 200px by 200px
Ctrl + V
Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked.

Filter → Simple → Half Wrap
Take your clone stamp and blend in the lines in the middle a bit.
Edit → Define Pattern
Now go to your original Canvas, Ctrl + Click on the thumbnail of the rectangle
Add a new layer.
Using your flood fill tool, change the mode from foreground to pattern.
In the drop down box select the pattern we just made and then fill your selection on the new layer with this.
Deselect.

Filter → Blur → Motion Blur
Angle of 0 and strength of 100.

Filter → VM Toolbox → Blast
Strength of 101

Duplicate this layer and merge down.
Select your rectangle again, invert the selection and click delete on it.
Invert your selection back.
Selection → Modify → Expand, by 4
Change your flood fill tool back to foreground and choose a darker color from your rectangle you made just a second ago and fill a new layer under it in your selection with this color.

Add A drop shadow to this layer.

Go to your close up tube, copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Resize and reposition so it's where you'd like it on your canvas.
I flipped mine horizontally.

Go to the star layer in your layers pallate.
Select it as we did with the rectangle.
