It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of VeryMany
You must purchase their tubes for use and you can do so HERE

Kit of choice.
I am using a scrapkit called “Dark Love” by Alikas Scraps
You can purchase that for use HERE
You'll also need your own sparkles of choice :D
I am using some sparkles from Alika's Totally Zirconia Kit. You can get it at the same shop :)

Mask of Choice
I am using Mask_84 by WeeScotslass
You can snag that from HERE

Filters Needed
Xero – Radience
Xero – Porcelain
Penta.com – Jeans

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open Paper13
Resize 600px by 600px
Copy and Paste into your canvas
Take your preset shape tool, choose the heart shape and with your color set to black.
Draw out a decent sized heart on your canvas.
Drag it below your paper layer
Apply a clipping mask between them.
Merge them together.
Draw out another heart in the middle of the heart, smaller and once you're happy with how the frame will look, rasterize this layer, take your magic wand, select inside the heart.
Click on your heart paper layer and press delete.
Deselect and then delete the black heart layer.
On the paper layer again
Add a bevel and emboss
Rotate to your liking and resize if you'd like to as well.
Ctrl + Click on it in your layers pallate
Select → Modify → Expand, by 4
Add a new layer and flood fill with a color that compliments the paper.
Deselect.
Filter → Noise → Add Noise
Amount 20%, Gaussian and monochromatic checked.
Merge the two layers together
Add a drop shadow to this layer

Open Paper18

Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the new paper layer click delete.

Go to your tube and get your half body tube.
Copy and paste into your canvas.
I flipped mine horizontally.
Resize and Reposition to your liking.
Duplicate this layer.
Move one below your frame and one above it.
Delete any parts that are sticking outside of your frame
One the bottom one add a drop shadow.
One the top one
Filter → Xero → Porcelain

Filter → Xero → Radiance
Something subtle that brightens it back up a bit

Open your close up tube and copy and paste it into your canvas
This layer will be between your bottom half body tube layer and the paper background layer.
Repostion and Resize
Delete any parts that are outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity and the opacity at 50%

Open Paper19
Resize to 600px by 600px.
Copy and paste into your canvas.
Drag this layer to just above your white background and apply your layer mask.

Now, we're just going to embellish.
Do so to your liking with your drop shadow of choice and resize as you'd like.

I used the following in this order:

~Above Mask Layer, Below Frame Background Layer~
flower4
flower3

~Above the top tube layer~
button02
flower01
flower02
heartstring2
flower05
flower06
button02
bow3
bow3
Add your sparkles of choice here (no drop shadow, opacity at 75%)
bow2

Add your name to your tag.

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked
Resize if you'd like to.

***Most Important***
Add your copyright information.

If you like your tag, hide the bottom white layer and save as a .png to keep the transparency
or keep it as is and save as a .jpg.
