This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Start a new canvas
600px by 600px
Flood fill with white.

Open frame1
Scale down to 52%
Duplicate and the rotate each of them and position similarly to what I have in my example.

Open pp12
Resize to 600px by 600px
Use your magic wand to select inside of each of the two frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection
On the paper layer, press delete.

Open pp1
Resize to 600px by 600px
have this just above the white background layer
Apply the mask to this layer

Add your full body tube to your canvas
resize and position as you'd like
Once you have this duplicate it
On the bottom one add a drop shadow

On the top one
Filter → blur → gaussian blur, 3.0 px
Change the blend mode to soft light

Add your close up of your tube
Flip is horizontally
resize and reposition, have the first one below the frame
Erase any that may be extneding outside the frame
Add a drop shadow
Duplicate this layer
Drag it above the frames
Erase any on the bottom that's over the frame or bow of the frame
Duplicate
On the one we just worked with convert to grayscale
On the top one change the blend mode to soft light

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom up with a drop shadow unless stated:

glitter3 (no drop shadow)
glitter1 (no drop shadow)
pearls
pearls
rose
rose
tag3
glitter4 (no drop shadow)
button1

flower2
button2

bow2

Over your name add lace and create a clipping mask

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color all boxes checked
