It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open frame 2
Copy and paste into your canvas.
Resize by 80%
Add an outer Glow and a drop shadow of choice.

Open pp5
Reize to 600px by 600px
copy and paste onto your canvas
Drag below your frame layer
Use your magic wand to select inside the frame.
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert the selection and on the paper layer, press delete.

Open pp10
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into you canvas
Drag below your frame background layer
Apply your mask here.

Go to your tube and copy and paste it onto your canvas
Drag this layer between your frame and the paper background.
Adjust it to your liking and then select your Frame background layer, invert the selection and on your tube layer press delete.
Change the blend mode to Luminostiy and the opacity to 50%.
Duplicate the layer
On this new layer.
Filer → Blur → Gaussian Blur, Radius of 5.
Change the blend mode to soft lift, opacity to 50%

Add our tube to your canvas again, this time it'll be your top layer, above your frame.
Adust and reposition to your liking.
Once you're happy with that, add a drop shadow.

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except blue channel to 0.

Filter → Xero → Radience
Something subtle that suits the tube you're using.

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default.

Now we're going to embellish.
Do this to your liking with drop shadows of choice.
I used the following, in this order from bottom up, with drop shadow unless otherwise specified.

~Above the layer mask, below the frame background~
ribbon 1
print 1 (no drop shadow, duplicated and repositioned)
branch 5
heart swirl 1

branch 3 (no drop shadow)
branch 3 (No drop shadow)

~Above the top tube layer~

bow 1
flower 3

Add your name with any other effects that you'd like.
