It is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

Please do not copy and do not post elsewhere.
Do not translate or script.
This tutorial is written as if you have a general knowledge on how to use the program.

***What you'll need***
Program of Choice.
I am using Photoshop CS5
But, if you know your tools you can use any program of choice

Tube of choice.
I am using the artwork of Alex Prihodko
You must purchase a license to use his tubes and can do so HERE

Scrapkit of Choice
I am using “2 in Love” by PolkaDot Scraps
You can find this HERE

Mask of Choice
I am using mask362 by Weescotslass
You can find this HERE

Additional Filters Needed
Xero – Porcelain
PhotoEffex - Scanlines

Arrange similar to the sample tag
Add a drop shadow to both frames

Open paper7
Resize to 600px by 600px
Add to your canvas just below the frames
Use your magic wand to select inside the frames
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5px
Invert the selection
On the paper layer press delete
Deselect
Duplicate this layer

Filter → PhotoEffex → Scanlines
With the following settings:

Width - 2
Spacing – 2

Lower the opacity to 50%

Open paper1

Apply the layer mask here

Add the tube to the canvas
Resize and reposition to your liking
Erase any that's outside the bottom of the frame
Duplicate this layer
Move this layer above the frame
Erase any that is overlapping the frame at the bottom

On the top one

Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All at default except the blue channel slide to 0

Filter → Sharpen → Unsharp Mask
All at default

On the bottom tube
Add a drop shadow

Add your tube to the canvas under the bottom tube from above a couple of times in between the two papers layers
I flipped one horizontally as well
Erase any of them that are outside the frame
Change the blend mode to luminosity
Lower the opacity to 70%

Now add which elements you'd like
I used the following from the bottom layer up with a drop shadow unless stated:

element32
element31
element14
element33 (no drop shadow)
