Filters Needed

~*~*~ Let's Get Started~*~*~

Open up a new canvas
600px x 600px.
Flood fill with white

Open Frame3
Copy and paste into your canvas
Resize by 75%
Add a drop shadow

Open Paper8
Resize to 600px by 600px
Copy and paste into your canvas and drag below your frame layer
Using your magic wand select inside of your frame
Select → Modify → Expand, by 5
Invert your selection
One your paper layer press delete
Deselect

Open Paper2
Resize to 600px by 600px
Drag to just above your white background layer
Apply your mask here.

Add the tube to your canvas
Position to your liking and add a drop shadow (this is your top layer for now)
Duplicate and flip horizontal
Adjust and resize to your liking, delete any parts outside the frame. (this layer is between your frame and the background layer)

On both layers use the following:
Filter → Xero → Porcelain
All a default, except blue cannel to 0

Image → Adjustments → Variations
I clicked lighter a couple of times along with more blue once

On the one inside the frame, change the blend mode to Luminosity, the opacity to 50%

Now just embellish to your liking with drop shadow of choice.
I used the following in the order from the bottom up, with a drop shadow unless specified.

Snowflake1
RibbonBow1
Doodle2
LeafString2
Brad4
RibbonBow2
Bells
StringBow
Lily2
Lily2
Lily1
Lily1
Sparkles (erase some parts so it doesn't completely cover everything :) )

Add your name

Image → Trim
Top left pixel color, all boxes checked

Resize if you'd like to

*****Most Important*****
Add your copyright information

If you're happy with your results save to your liking and you're done!!
